Trail Report For: Crivitz – 01/15/2015

Trail Report: Crivitz

Reported By: IronSnowShoe – Bonnie Delaruelle

Date of Report: 01/15/2015

Trail Conditions: Very Good

Snow Cover: 10 to 12 inches

Area Report: We put on 400 miles this week in areas throughout northern Wisconsin. We found great trails but not any better than right here on the Iron Snowshoe. Temperatures are going to be a little warmer this week. I would expect a lot of traffic so be careful out there and GO PACK GO!

Swamps are all frozen now and being groomed. Everything is ready for you to come up and enjoy a great ride.

There is a water problem on the trail between Deer Lake Road and Highfalls Road. Please use caution. We will monitor the problem and put up detour signs for a short distance, if necessary.

Again, don’t forget about the logging areas north of Fisher’s Camp and by High Falls Damn. Proceed with caution. These are very short areas and getting through them is not a problem. There is some snow on the trail.

Have fun…be safe…
