Trail Report: Crivitz
Reported By: Iron Snow Shoe – Bonnie Delaruelle
Date of Report: 01/20/2015
Trail Conditions: Good
Snow Cover: 8 to 10 inches
Area Report: Surprisingly enough, the trails held up better than we thought they would. They do range from fair to good to very good. Naturally, the high traffic areas along Parkway Road did take a beating. After grooming them yesterday, most of it turned out to be pretty good. There are some bare spots, but the trail is very rideable.
Mark reports the River Trails is in good condition, but the corners and hills are icy…be careful.
Alvin reports the North Trails to be in good to very good condition, with plenty of snow cover. There again, watch out for the icy corners.
Jim reports the trail from Crooked Lake to Parkway is good to very good. The trail going north to Silver Cliff is also good to very good. With a few sleds out there and grooming again on Thursday or Friday, the trails should be back in shape.
Pray for snow…
