Snow Cover: Hard frozen base with loose snow on top
Snowmobile Trails are open & in
Very Good to Excellent Condition
Groomed again last night
All 3 groomers out last night & Sno-Eagles Country is groomed & waiting for riders. All trails in Sno-Eagles Country are now open. Please read about the Manske Swamp area below. Have no problem areas to report today at all. As we move into the second weekend of Derby remember traffic on the trails will increase so stay on your side in the corners, up hills & yep even on the straight aways.
Here is the latest National Weather Service prediction for temps:
- Wednesday – High 17 – Low 10
- Thursday – High 27 – Low 5
- Friday – High 18 – Low 16
Eagle Lake Trail & Catfish Lake Loop are marked & OPEN. Stay by the barrels. Remember not all lakes are trails.
The section of Trail 3 is OPEN between the intersection of 17N & intersection of 10W/13N. For those of you familiar with Sno-Eagles Trails it is also called the Manske Swamp. Trail Boss Tom his is not grooming that area. Equipment is heavy & he does not want to risk any break through
January 17, Saturday at 5:30pm join the Sno-Eagles for the 2nd Annual 1968 REUNION TORCHLIGHT PARADE. Meet at the TrackSide parking lot (across from the Derby Track). We will take Trail 13S into Eagle River with a stop at the Railroad Depot. From there we will head south on Trail 13 to Trail 10E. Riding to the ERRA Sports Arena, the “Dome”. Attend the Falcons Mosinee Hockey Game. OR head back into town OR off to one of the many restaurants on the trail. ALL ARE WELCOME! We will have some light but decorate your sleds with lights & whatever! Meet Miss Sno-Eagle!

News & Events: Thursday, January 15, 2015 – Sno-Eagles General Member Meeting at Club DeNoyer. 7pm – 3 miles west of Eagle River on Hwy 70W. All are welcome
Saturday, January 17, 2015 – 2nd Annual 1968 REUNION TORCHLIGHT PARADE – 5:30pm staging at TrackSide – Depart 6pm . Route heads south on Trail 13 with a stop in town. Then on down Trail 13 to Trail 10E. Left on 10E & on to the “Dome” the ERRA Sports Arena. Stay for Falcons – Mosinee Hockey Game OR back to Eagle River OR off to one of the many on trail restaurants.
