Trail Report: Sugar Camp
Date of Report: 02/13/2015
Trail Conditions: Good
Snow Cover: 6-10″
Area Report: The trails in sugar camp are holding up and in good condition. The recent couple inches of snow we received helped out a lot to whiten things up again and cover up all the “snirt” on the trails. We will really need another 4″-6″ of snow to get them back in excellent condition. As in previous reports please use caution coming into corners as they are getting very icy and stay close to the orange barrels when crossing the lakes as there are a lot of slushy areas off the hard-pack.We are also glad to report that the groomer has finally made it through the swampy area on trail 15S. south of the camp four road area. But still use caution in this area as it is very rough yet,it will take a couple times of grooming through there to get all the very deep moguls knocked down.Woods trails are in very good condition with plenty of snow to work with. Please remember to support a club and local businesses as you ride.Ride safe, ride smart, remember night speeds of 55m.p.h.United we trail divided we fail!
