Trail Inspections began on Monday, November 30. Parks & Recreation Administrator Dale Mayo is out with Trail Bosses of each of the 11 clubs inspecting trails. Some by ATV & others by pick up trucks. That takes 10-11 days. Then it’s a waiting game. The Sno-Eagles Snowmobile Trails will be inspected by Dale & Trail Boss Tom this Wednesday, December 9.
Really need you all to do is first THINK COLD. Then I need you to START DOIN’ THE SNOW DANCE. Nice & loud so I can hear it way up here! Right now there is thin coviering of snow on the ground out of town & the ground needs to freeze harder. It is so important to get the ground frozen. That way as it snows it stays & Trail Boss Tom and the groomers can begin to build the hard base. As for the lakes there is a schiff of ice on most lakes.
See ya on the trails real soon! Keep Dancin’!
