Trail Report: Forest County
Reported By: Forestry Department
Date of Report: 02/03/2016
Trail Conditions: Very Good
Snow Cover: 8-12
Area Report: –
Forest County received 4″-6″ of the good stuff from the “big” storm. We welcomed the snow with open arms and are glad it wasn’t a large dump. It was just enough to smooth out and freshen up the trails. The clubs were out grooming last night and again today. They are reporting good to very good conditions throughout the County.
TRAILS ARE GROOMED DAY AND NIGHT!!
We cannot stress enough to RIDE SAFELY and responsibly. Trail conditions can vary greatly throughout the County. Use caution when crossing lakes or frozen water as ice conditions will vary.
The clubs that maintain the Forest County Trail System are made up of volunteers who work very hard to provide the best trails possible. Please respect them while on the trail and allow them to do their job.
