Had a meeting of the minds last night at HMI with Howler. Spent a couple hours trying to wrap up the new look for the Crossfire this year and Howler hit it on the spot. Always nice to get some input from someone else. With Howlers input we cut up some vinyl last night and came up with a great new look. I will post some pics later today...
Again thanks to Howler for the great work and Al and Dawn for the use of the Hiawatha...
I will post some pics tonight...

Al, I got most of your stuff cut, but didn't have time to put it together. Should be in the mail this week. Thanks for the use of the HIAWATHA to get another killer sled on the trials.

Let me know what you think. Had a blast working on the sled. Now we just need some snow...

Looks really cool
I like the orange and white.
Did you spray the white on there?
Wouldn't mind sprayin the Blue panels on my Fusion to make it all black.

Yep it is spray paint... I was kind of bored when it all started ans had a spare hood laying around and got some Krylon Fusion paint. They say you do not need to scuff the surface before painting but I took the minute to do it anyways. It seems to be pretty durable. However only time will tell. I think a few brush piles will beat it up a bit but oh well. I had a great time burning up a couple weeks waiting for it to snow. The panels on the fusion are similar to the side panels on my Crossfire. It is very soft plastic and may not hold up as well as the hood. What the hell man give it a run life is short and panels arent that expensive. You could always call on Howler to give it a run with Vinyl. The full lower panels on the Crossfire last year were Black Vinyl...

It is actually the belly plan that is blue so I would have to get it squirted.
Maybe I'll take it in or maybe I'll wait till it gets offed

I wouldn't paint the belly pan. The plastic is to soft to take all that abuse and still hold the paint. Maybe a nice black skid plate? Always something! Tenative open date of the 10th this year, just around the corner...
Braaaaaaaaaap!
