SNOW coming in tonight for every where it look like.
For Eagle River there are totals out there but they are pretty much all different. So I'll do a report when the SNOW starts & let you know then.
Trails icy with snirt at the road crossing especially in town. I spoke with the groomers here in Sno-Eagles Country & I talked with Schultzy a groomer in Phelps & he said FAIR too. It does look like that the SNOW was a bit strange around Eagle River. I reported 2-3 inches of snow east of Eagle River on Trl10E. Caught some cr........ So I called around & found that west of town at the Edgewater Inn & he said they only got 1/2 to 1 inch. So I will tell you where I am reporting the snow at.
There was a bit of spouting water on Trail 10W by the bridge. Frozen now but very icy. If you ride out there & find it different PLEASE CALL ME @ 715.479.1411. If it's late at night call me @ 715.479.4708. It changes real quick out there & it helps so much if I get a call when it changes out there. Groomers can groom out there & things can be fine & when they do a return trip it opens.
Catfish Lake Loop & Eagle Lake Trail have frozen surface slush & plenty of snow & ice. There is an LIONS CLUB ICE FISHING JAMBOREE on CATFISH LAKE on Saturday. You can get to it by the Catfish Lake Loop trail. At the boat launch by the Braywood.
KLONDIKE DAYS both Fri., Sat., & Sun. @ the Northland Pines School. YOU CAN RIDE THERE TOO. Use Trail 13 & 17 north of Eagle River.
