Hey guys I am having a problem with my old ZL 500, when I take off it feels like I am holding the brakes, now it didnt start doing this until I put a new drive chain on it, Its been a while since I have done anything but if I remember correctly but I believe I didnt use the tensioner to tighten the chain, I just tightend the lock nut and just let it be, the clutch is brand new it only has maybe 700 miles on it and weights are good so its not that I dont believe, once I get it moving it goes great, anyone got any ideas of what it could be?

check the chain tension the right way then see how it works. Finger tight then off 1/4. then tighten the lock nut. and who knows you might need new breaks.
