Putting on a track for 2004 600 XCSP the track is a ripsaw with 1 ¼ lugs and 1 3/8 warthog studs. Does anyone know if this will clear the front coolers? Clint and I have it setup underneath the sled with the jackshaft in and it is real close to the front cooler. Maybe if when we get the skid in it might sit back better but right now he’s a little nervous.
we're sitting in the shop having a refreshment and will keep checking in.
thanks
i think we got it things look better with it all in

I seem to remember barely being able to get my finger between the tip of the stud and the front heat exchanger. If you do it, just check for marks. They take a real beating so you'd be able to spot damage in plenty of time.
Kinda' crude i guess, but it's all up to you.

yes it will fit BUT if you bottom out your heat exch.is toast you had better put in o crap those bar things or you will be sorry and you need to do that before track goes in.

O and use stainless rivets to hold it up or they will pop all the time. Just my 2 cents

thanks for the reply guys I think he had the tunnel protectors on already and now that she is all together it looks like a little bit more than a fingers width clearence. So we'll have to keep Clint off the jumps and maybe one less steak and fries a week.

Scott, I had the same setup on my 800XC. It cleared the front, but I thrashed the top of my tunnel on a jump. It shredded the aluminum, but still runs out fine. Make sure you don't run your track tension too loose man. It'll expand while on the throttle or in the air.
