Here's a Merry Christmas from me & the Sno-Eagles Snowmobile Club up here in Eagle River, Vilas County! Happy riding too!
Both the Catfish Lake Loop & Eagle Lake Trails are marked with the orange barrels & ready to ride. Plenty of ice but there is surface slush, especially on Catfish. There are land trails that go in the same directions if you don't care for slush.
Trail 10W/13 is still rough as we are not grooming out there. That's only the section that goes west off of the grade just north of Eagle River. Lots of rain this summer & fall made for high water. It's pretty much frozen but Trail Boss Tom doesn't want to mess it up by running over it & breaking it up.
