Can you squeeze the top of the breath box any tighter? Make sure your vents are open at the top of the shield. Try adjusting your "headsock" to absorb some of your breath. Does it have a dual pane shield on it? If not, get one. You'r epretty limited. Fogging and freezing sucks any way you look at it. Best solution I've found, buy a modular helmet. Best money I could have ever spent for the sport!

Open all of your helmet vents and even more important, open your jacket vents. The problem with fogging is that body heat rises through your collar and into the helmet. The moisture condenses on the visor and freezes. Ventalation is KEY.

Howler gave me this same advice last year and it has helped a great deal. I really believe it's the body heat more than breathing. I was getting fogging even with my heated shield. I guess that just makes me a Sweat Hawg.
