I'm in St. Germain. I'm measuring 7" on the driveway with a little more on the way. Looks like we'll have 8 plus inches by midnight. How did everyone else do?

7 is what I measured tonight. Barnstormer's and BoBoen's trails are sure to be great. All our groomers are busy!
It sounds like the storm kicked into to turbo boost before Eagle River ........ 10 inches?,,,,,,, wow

I rode St. Germain, Sayner, and Eagle River last night. Trails were sweet. I think Barnstormers are leading the way again this year with better trail conditions. Are you sending those guys to grooming school or something?

No grooming school. We keep trying to improve on equipment for one thing. The major thing is, we re-graded the trail bed on a lot of our trails. Some still need nore work. It would be GREAT, if only we could gate and lock them all. There is a gang of 4X4 trucks around Sayner, that love to tear them up in the spring and fall. Between last year and this year, we have spent $8000 on trail rehabs. The first part we did, from HWY 70 to 4 corner (11) is completely trashed with ruts from those trucks. Some hills had ruts 36 inches deep this fall.
The biggest improvement is our New Holland tractor with tracks with a new 9 1/2 foot Sno Boss drag. It is a real Cadilac. That Sno Boss is sweet. Wet - deep snow is no problem. Not a plug. The other drag would plug or the snow would fly out and off to the side, if you go too fast. Doug's Sno Boss drag has WAY more clearance and works SO much better.
