Here is what I got back from Lolo Hot springs, Sounds really reasonable compared to Tog last year....
The phone number is down below so please call Jodi with any questions you might have and please post the question and answer so we all are aware.
FYI plane tickets are running from Chicago from mid $ 400.00 to around $ 600.00 to fly into Missoula. Spokane ( GEG ) is a little cheaper and I can shove 3 of you into my Dodge and need be the rest in the trailer...... lol
Dear Stacy,
For the dates you requested I have 3 deluxe cabins and 10 camping cabins
available.
Our deluxe cabins have a queen size bunk bed, futon sofa, microwave,
refrigerator, coffee maker and satellite TV . Double occupancy price is
eighty-five dollars plus seven percent tax and each additional occupant is
fifteen dollars.
Our camping cabins have a bunk bed with a twin bed on top and a double on
the bottom, electric, heaters and a table and chair. These cabins have no
water so you have to use the bath house. Double occupancy price is fifty-
five dollars or sixty-five dollars for satellite TV plus seven percent tax
and each additional occupant is fifteen dollars.
Each night stay in one of our cabins comes with a free day pass to the pool
and one free breakfast the next morning.
Please call 1-877-541-5117 if you have any other questions or to make
reservations. If I'm not in the office please leave a message and I'll get
back to you.
Thanks for remembering Lolo Hot Springs!

It looks real good Stacy. A few questions that need to be addressed...
1. Are Avy beacons available for rent?
2. I'm assuming that we're responsible for food/beverages, other than the resturant.
Who is thinking of driving, and do you have room for a sled, lol? My time constraints are pushing me twards flying out there, however, I would be more than willing to pay gas + a bit more for anybody who can tow my sled out there.
I'm down for the trip.

I do believe the talk was second weekend in march. would that be the 7th? stacy you also mentioned 8 sleds that they have in a post. i saw nothing on their site about quantity. if that is true, renters should probably get on this. which i would be one of them. can we put date in stone? I can see bunking with someone. i don't snore.(lol) How long would all be staying? And if i would cop a ride from M7, then i need your stay time. No big deal how i get their. Need to get vac. time in soon for me. thats all i can think of right now.

Paul I asked her to look at her books for the second week in March as that's around the time we all rode last year.
I can pick you up in Spokane and take you to LOLO or pick you up in Missoula and take you to LOLO. I will stay as long as I need to make sure every one gets to and from OK.
If you want to come out a little early and do a little riding around local that works for me. I think Perry is looking at flying into Spokane and riding down with me.

I wasn't going to go, but now may change my mind as I have never experienced west riding before. I need dates so I can see if my vacation time is good.

Ok guys and gals, it looks like this is going down on the weekend of March 8th. I'm thinking that 3 days of riding would be primo. Figure on lodging Friday, Sat, Sunday, and leave on monday. If you want to fly in thursday night and get a place in Massoula(sp), I'm sure that we could pic you up for the 30-40 minute trip to the Lodge, from what I'm told.
You are individually responsible for hooking up your trip out there, be it vehicle, airplane, or whatever. The first person that calls should put the room under "THE SNOWTRACKS.com Crew". You are also responsible for locking up your rental sleds for those days, or the days you would like to ride.
This should be a fairly non-technical ride for people, as I'm told that there are also trail systems around there.
Hope to see ya out there. For any additional info, click the link that Stacy put up, or pm one of us.

Clint and I are in for sure. We will do what ever we can to get your ride out there and back. Let's see how many decide to go and than we can put together some dinner plans or something and haul some chow out there with us.

For those that are going to fly into Missoula I was able to go onto Alaska Airlines and from Chicago tickets are as low as $ 483.00 and if you fly into Spokane tickets can be bought for $ 371.00. I would suggest getting online and looking at what you can purchase tickets for today. The further out you buy the lower the price and better seats you will get.
I will get one of the cabins locked up today so lets get this ball rolloing and have another year like last year....:)

Good luck on your trail, for a lack of better words. I hope things go quick for you and the weight just sheds away.
A friend of mine lost some weight last year or so, and has kept it off. He took the advice of his Chiropractor and followed his plan and lost 54 lbs in 90 days and has kept it off for more than a year. Just a thought for you after talking with him its not that bad of a diet, 3 soilid meals and a snack or 2 to keep you going all day. No special food and no weigh ins. Just follow the plan the best you can and then it becomes second nature.
Hope to put some insight in this for you, if you would like more info PM me I'll get the contact for you.

I talked to Paul today and he said both of you are excited. I can pick you up at the Spokane airport along with Perry. I told Paul that depending on when all of you get in we could do a stop at look out pass and ride for a bit then head on into Missoula. I can fit 6 in the cab but 5 comfortably if we get more people flying in then Puff will drive her Jeep and she can haul 4 with her so we can move 9 - 10 people back and forth.
We are getting dumped on every day so the snow is piling up.... I just need to go ride.
We did go for a night ride the other day down the road to the ORV park, has some nice hills to climb and a few hundred acres of woods and a huge sand pit.

Maize - that is some bad ass news on those knees. I hope it works out down the line. sure was looking forward to a ride with you this year. where ever that may have been. Been doing a lot of work in Iowa these past few months. Keep telling O2R/O2Rjr. that i will stop by some time, maybe when that happens we can come check on those knees. Yes XCJOHN and myself have sled/cabin booked for that weekend mentioned above. Will have flight plans shortly. Can fit others in cabin if needed. Just need to know. We got the deluxe cabin booked. Only few weeks left so lets see who is in or out. Howler maybe you can start a list on the for surer's (if thats a word - lol) on this post.

Dude, that does stink. However, knowing you, you'll be up and about in no time flat. So, I guess that this leads us to the next question; when do you want me to pic up "Blade" for it's shakedown ride? :D. I figured that it's the least I could do for a good friend, lol. Hang in there man.

Maize I think Clint and i would be able to pull it out for you. I'm tryng to figure it all out but so far Clint has a four place open and I'm pretty sure we are pulling out Howler's sled to. Going through Iowa might be an issue but we can always figure out something else. From here it is quicker for us to roll out through the cities and out 94. Let me talk to Clint on Sunday he is on the P-day ride. I still have to figure out rooms or something, he!! I have a great sleeping bad if it comes to that.

Still undecided. May have a work trip in that area. Would have to rent a sled.
Would prefer the Switchback.
I might even swing down to 151 & I-80, with the Switchback in tow. Then, I could swing through Cedar Rapids, and get Lynns sled. (If so, you'd better have a cover for your sled.)
Everything is still up in the air. Won't know til' it lands.
By then, it may be too late.
