think i found the problem with some helpful advice with the wifes gsx the plug-in for the heated shield was loose bbreaking a ground connection and the idle according to a friend was to low so turned it up to 1800 rpm and tightened the helmet jack,everything works in the garage ok now,so will wait and se what happens on the trail this weekend next project an electric fuel guage
