Variable Exhaust Valves

Any tricks to removing them. I have removed the bolts, cover, spring and all, but someone has told me that the valves over time if pounded to hard at top end speed, the valves get hot and the droop a bit. I believe this the case with my sled and now I cannot get the exhaust valve out. I have not tried with excessive force yet, but is there any tricks. Would running the sled for a bit hard work to get them hot then maybe a good pull they will release???

Sounds like they are stuck in there. Have you tried to pry them out gently? You can also run the machine and get it to operating temp and then remove them, this is what I do when I clean them.
