Changed the fusion over to a 136" track. Here is a shot of it. Not complete yet. Waiting on some gears to make that change. New snow flap is on it's way. Got some skinz knee pads, skinz shock covers. Installed some SLP hot air elimination kit for both sides. 2" riser on. Last years new decals still on. Change over went pretty good. Minor issues getting drive out. But figured that out. Had heck of a time getting one of the skid bolts out. Some major heat on it to remove. i think a bag will go on back. Don't care for the naked look the ext. cover looks. Cleaned up the exhaust while out. Little high temp paint job, and some flitz on the covers. Son got his crash course on the project, and he did good.

Looks great Paul. Where did you get the stuff to change it over? I was looking into doing it to an 05 Rev 550F (Kids Sled). Not sure if I can yet havent checked into the whole horse power thing to make sure it would work.

track is a 1.25 ripsaw.

got all supplies from Polaris. it came as an entire package. got $130.00 discount. pays to be loyal to dealer.

glad to know that somebody is telling us the deep stuff is coming. and if not, m7 you send yours our way. lol

yea the itch is there for sure. son now wants to know what are we going to do to his rdie. lol

Maize-do you got to wear them all the time or just when you get hard on the knees?

spent enough $$$ so far, so we will see what else to add maybe at much later time. need to ride to see how things are. oh yea and added the USI triple threats for skis.

Something i found while tearing down 121" skid. the front boggie wheels were mounted on 2 different hole mounts. one on first hole, the other on second hole. this was done by manufacturer.

question-would you leave on the front boggie wheels or leave off? what will this effect?

Hopefully i can have it complete come next weekend. work will dictate that.
