LoL. I'm planning on heading up there after work on Saturday. I'll stop in and see if they're still around. Probably Sunday after the derby is over.

This is a very busy week for Dawn and Al as its the Derby race and they are booked and busy.Im sure they will be on next week at the latest making plans and answering your questions.Spoke to Dawn a few days ago and they were getting ready for the derby.

Had a hiccup in the plans Dawn. I will not be able to make it up this weekend. Will call you sometime, and we can finalize. Gonna take inventory on the nescos and cooking gear, lol.

Howler & I been going over some ideas...
Thinkin of trying to keep things easy & simple & reasonable...
Thinkin of doing a breakfast Fri morning (probably some sort of
breakfast casserole).. Saturday morning, scrambled eggs / bacon/sausage/potatoes kinda thing..
Meals.. on Fri nite burgers/brats/ German Potato salad.. ya know BBQ kinda thing...
Saturday nite - Captain Nemos (where we ate last year on Fri Nite)...
Whats everyones thoughts on that???

Yep, been going over it. Somehow I felt the need to cook for everyboby as I missed last years ride. As you know I got the 1 2 punch with dad's passing, and my getting severly sick.

I figured that on Saturdays breakfast menu, we'd have Scrambled Eggs with and without melted cheese, porkies sausages, apple/hickory smoked bacon, and tater tots(hash browns).

I'll also be seeing if I can get my mother to cough up her pankake mix recepie. Strait from Berlin, and hands down the best friggin cakes ever.

She'll be kickin' in on the Germain Potato Salad as well. Unfortunately, I don't think one nesco full will be enough after everybody gets a taste of it, lol.
