Just wanted to share a story with everyone. I had my slides changed at a dealership here in Appleton,I had no time to do it and didn't want to miss any riding due to maintence. I picked up the sled the other day and headed straight for Eagle River. When I got there I made it 2 miles with this bad clunckin noise. I stopped and they forgot to tighten up my track and the track adjuster bolt on my Yamaha broke. So I took it to Trackside the new Yamaha dealer and they didn't have the part. But said if you could find the bolt we will fix it. They gave me many names and phone numbers to call in the area and I found one. I came back Saturday morning and they said got the bolt, we will get you right in and so one hour later they had me back and running. I want to thank Chad,Jack and the mechanic Steve for all the help and resouces to find the part. Trackside made a bad weekend good real fast. Thanks again fellas. If you need anything please stop there. Ive been going to Eagle River for many years and dont stop there much and never bought a sled there and they made me feel like a valued customer. Thanks again
