Brand new hifax wearing on the Rear

Brand new set of hi-fax on my Dad 94 vmax w/ xt suspension. The last 6 inches are half gone after 200 miles, the rest looks pretty good.

Track tension is good and both sides are doing it.

We have completley reclipped the track and the clips do have some plastic buildup on them.

Not sure what could be causing this i thought it might be a clips thats not on good however its comparable on each side as far as the excessive wear.

how do your rear wheels look on the skid. you may have lost a lil bit of rubber/plastic and instead of the majority of the weight on the wheels its all going to the hyfax.

thats just the first thing that pops into mind

Thats kind what i was thinking his do look a little thinner then mine but i have a slightly different wheel so i thought it was just mine had more rubber then his.

Not sure what else it could be the front looks good and as i mentioned its not too tight which is what i though would normally make it wear on hte ends.
