Great stuff Paul, as is always the case with you and video/photo equipment, good tune too ! That snow looked seriously deep, and about perfect. Glad you are and the others are home safe.

ha I'm glad I'm not the only who hit afew trees from time to time. Paul that is a great video I wish you with us the next day. Clint and I went back to that place and it was covered with about 15 to 20 inches of snow. All we did was play there all day never left and we just worked our way back there is about five or six open areas all connected right there. We have some good video of all of it and will work to post it out there for everyone to laugh at. Because I know I sure had my share of bloopers in all the pow.

Good to spend time with you out west again can't wait to do it again. however my sled needs a little work after the drive shaft bearing went on it and made for an interesting rest of the day on Saturday.

more on all that later but thanks for being a part of the trip.

Dang Scott, looks like you hit it well. I guess that we know what that strange feeling was that you were looking for while riding back to the foot hills(river bed). I'm slowly working on getting my stuff ready to post. I'm really burnt out from the flying this time. Had a hairy run into Ohare on the 777. For a big arse plane, it sure gets tossed by 30 mph winds and turbulance, lol. Our pilot was jockying the throttle like an off shore powerboat racer on final approach. The plane was carrying on to Heathrow, London after layover. I'm sure that they got a good show leaving Ohare, lol. All went well, and had the usual 1 hr delay to Green Bay. High winds caused the planes to stack onto one runway for approach and departure according to the pilots.

Which mountain were you on and how tall were those trees you were dodging?
I'd love to go out there again. Maybe some day when my daughters are done killing my wallet.
