    Lightbulb year end

well it happens every year around this time the snow is almost all melted the sleds are starting to get put away, all the diehards refuse to put them away as they are all trying to plan 1 more trip. but dont no were to go and are facing the realization that it might offically be the end of the year. we all kind of stray away from the site for a little bit but still check in now and again, but not as often as when there is snow on the ground. talk switches from were to ride and what the conditions are to, what to buy and were the deals are. some of us put the sled away only for a couple months to realize all the stuff we have purchased is going to take 2 long to put on come fall so, of course we have to go get them out of storage to begin working on them. its not a sport it is an addiction!! i hope everyone had a great year sleding, i no i did.

There Are Fast Sleds Reliable Sleds But Few Fast Reliable Sleds!!!!!!!!

yea - i think i can say mine is done. even started the process of cleaning them up today after work. and will be going to storage later this week. then the quads will come out of hibernation. it was a good year here too. got to ride around here, got up north and made a great trip out west. the snow may be gone but SNOWTRACKS will always be here.

Im with you guys. No were to ride,no where to go race sno-cross and its over. When I was in Eagle River two weekends ago it really hit home it was over. No this last weekend going to Lake Geneva to race it was the first trip to Appleton to anywhere and seen no snow along the road it really hit home. I cleaned up trailer, and all 4 sleds last weekend and now its time to clean up race sleds and take out motors and such to be rebuilt for next race year and get some new parts. Im going to take off 3 weeks from sleds cause getting burned out and spend some time with my wife and two daughters then clean up shop and race trailer and strip sleds then take 2 months off before i get back to working nights and weekends on race sleds. So around the first of August. Its was a ok riding season even up north and a great race season for my son. But I will still check in here and talk to all my snowtracks family. If you dont stop back for awhile have a good summer enjoy and see yeah next fall.

This time of year sucks. Check out johndee.com though. Looks like most of mn is supposed to get compltely pounded this weekend. He is talking 12-24. sounds like it might be time to head to MN. Anyone know when they close the trails over there?
