    Buying skis

I'm in need of some skis for my Yamaha Phaser FX. I'm looking for some 5.7 Ski-Doo Pilots or some C&A Pro skis. Where is a good place to shop with reasonable prices? Thanks, Mike.

I've always had good luck with Dennis Kirk and Shade Tree Sports. But I've never ordered skis.

Thanks for the replys. I found some C&As with carbides and mount kit for $310. shipped to my door. I think i'm going to go with them? I didn't do anything yet tho, so any other suggestions or cheaper prices, speak up.

Go with the USI X2's. They are tunable, will eliminate darting and work better in all conditions that other Ski designs without that heavy steering effort. Stage 1 fins with ski's mounted in the center mount location and your set...

I have C&A's on my sleds. No darting and sled rides like on rails. I have heard good reports from phazer riders using C&A's also.

    skis

I would also recommend USI X'2s for all around riding. C&A's are not a good deep snow ski, but work great on the trail. They also increase steering effort.

Depends on what c&a's you get. mine only have the keel nothing else. effort is same as oem and they float better.

Thanks for the replys guys. I almost ordered about 3 times now, and i get scared and back out. I don't mind a lot of steering effort and i'm use to it. I ride in Wi, so if i'm in powder, i'm traspassing, they'd be for hard packed. The cheapest i found so far was HPE. I did have an offer about $50.00 cheaper yet, but it was from an individual, not a company and i don't know how to pay for it safely, kinda afraid of that stuff, Thanks again, Mike.
