Eagle River thru Sayner 12/17 PICS

Glynard and I took a look out thru Sayner today, stopped and had lunch. Eagle River Headwater Trails were GREAT... Sayner trails we hit were rough and pretty much plowed bare. Conover trails on the way back were also in Great shape. Was nice to ride with Glynard again, we had a blast. Made kind of made an early day of it coz we were tired..LOL

Plan on taking a longer ride tomorrow, possibly up to Bond Falls.

Al, have you had a chance to ride the new sled yet? If so How do you like it so far?

So far so good... only put a few miles on it so far. Gonna take it out today and spend the day on it

pretty normal for sayner as the hunters and punk trash the trails till they open for sleds.

Good report. Hope it gets cold so the lake make more ice.

you guys make it to the Tomahawk area at all? thinking of staying there over new years, don't want the long drive to Land O / or Eagle River area...

No kidding it looks really good. Where I usually ride in central MN has 2-4" snowcover, really nothing going on there yet.

I have more snow in my yard than that, but living in the city, limits how much I can get away with riding, sadly.
