Beware Pro Cycle Arctic Cat in St Cloud;

Called them today about the third set of bearings i've used in 1800 mi on my new (07) sled, the drive shaft they said wasn't the problem was actually bent .025", so i asked about them taking care of it since the warrentee has expired and they came just short of saying" go @#%* yourself" Last year they preseasoned my sleds and got them back with 07 bearing not checked(bad) and vent lines not reattached to carbs on my 03. VERY poor service work. Do what you want, but i wish somebody would have warned me!

that sucks. we have bay cycle here and its the only AC dealer within 80 miles. well last year we were geting the zrt for the winter and i needed new slides. so i went there and the guy behind the conter laughted at me and said its not snowmobile season i cant sell you them yet. i was like wtf so its worth the 80 mile drive to get some good service

I have been a loyal Pro Cycle customer for 22 years and have never had a problem with anything. They always have my machines done on time and the price is reasonable. When I have been there I've noticed customers from 2-3 hours away that also bring there machines there for service. They are a top notch Arctic Cat dealer and I will continue to use them and will also refer my friends and family there.
