04 skidoo speedo problem

I have a 03 and 04 440 lc race sled that have had all the trail updates. Half way though the day I noticed that my speedo and tach quit working. The oil, water and ect warning light came on also. The speedo is digital and in the lower right corner were the mi (miles) symbol is flashing. The sled wasn't running hot and i mix my own oil and gas. I used to wrench on my own sleds when i raced but....... i hate electrical problems. I weird part was the 03 did it also but only for a few miles. To much moister?????

im sure its your relay..the relay is right above the clutch and it connected to the frame the Napa parts No. AR201...........the same thing happened to me they are about $15

What else is tied into that relay? Headlights? The 03 has had a problem lately with the high beam not working is that related?

i know its tied into the headlights but i dont know what else. and i got an 04 so i dont know anything about the high beams not working

It is proably the ECM have had the same problem on both our 03s

I believe i have found the problem with the speedometer. The high and low beam switch was moved 180 degrees from where it was supposed to be and for some reason or another that controls when the speedometer reads. The lights didn't work right either. I most of bump it when riding. I moved it back and it all works again. wow weird huh!! I want to thank all that tried to help.
