Make sure there is enough clearance for the coolers and in the tunnel???
Keep the studs in between the clips the shorter the stud the better, ex, if you have a 3/4" track you don't need a 1.25" stud.
Dont put any on the outside of the track, keep em in the center belt
Silver sharpies to mark the layout...
I use a liquid paper pen to mark the pattern out, I only use woody's after having trouble with the nyloc nuts loosening on the cheaper ones I got at Hayday years back(your choice tho) And last but not least TIGHTEN THE HELL OUT OF THEM
Have a plan on how many you are looking to put in. Try to put the studs behind a lug to protect them. Pick out studs that are between 1/4 inch and 3/8 inch longer then your lugs. Aluminum backers work great so find out if you need to get some double backers in the stud pattern. I recommend the taller nylon nuts for support. I have studded 2 sleds this year and have found the the studs that you use a torque bit for are much easier to put in then the typical align wrench.
