HAYDAYS At New Location

Since haydays will be at the new location lodging will be at a premium since there are not too many hotels/motels close to the site. North Branch Mn has a AmericInn and a Budgethost which are less than ten minutes from Haydays, expect these rooms to go soon with vendors looking for a place to stay for the weekend. Cambridge Mn is another option adding about 15min. to your travel time and Taylors Falls mn and St. Croix Falls Wi are 15-20min. east of the site Forest Lake also has some lodging as does Pine City.

Just giving a heads up for those that are not familiar with the area. If you were interested in camping Wild River state park is near Almelund details on the MN DNR site. I may also be throwing a party that weekend if the wife agrees(I live about 15 min from the site) and may be able to have some poeple camp on the property (if the wife agrees)

If you plans on attending Haydays and want a room close by I would make reservations soon.

I completely forgot about booking a room. Good thing you reminded us. Everything within 10 miles is booked.

I booked a room at Dalles House Motel in St. Croix Falls, WI. The only other thing available was 35 miles away.

They still have a couple of rooms if anyone is interested. 715-483-3206. I got mine with a single king sized bed for $74 per night.
