    New Project

Well, I haven't been on here in awhile and decided to stop in and say hi and give you guys an update.

I sold my sled, and bought a '79 Jeep CJ5.

It's rough, but I love the old Jeeps and wanted a new project. It's got the 258 I6 thats bored .060 over. T-150 3 speed trans and Dana 20 t-case. Dana 44 in the front and I believe AMC 20 rear axle with locking front hubs. It should be pretty cool when its done.

What do you guys know about these things? Any advice/tips you can offer? My ears are open! Thanks!

I have a 275hp 4.6L Stroker that will work wonderfully in that rig. You can check the build of that on my website. www.maizekustoms.com

$2000 and it is yours and I would work something out with getting it you.

The motor looks sweet. I checked out the build, I bet it would be awesome in there.

But right now I kinda have alot of irons in the fire in terms of other work that needs to be done to it (body and frame are pretty rough). My goal is to have it drivable by summer, and maybe sometime this winter pull it down again.

Lets get it Muddy! I have a Tacoma that's ready to travel along.. Where do you take it off roading? Not many places around here, unless you have some private land we can play on. Around Eagle River/Watersmeet...lots of places to go!

Yea for sure! I'm a far way from mudding, but definitely when it's done.

We have 15 acres, its not much, but it'll be fun. I also plan on taking it up to door county (the nature drive is pretty cool) and Nicolet National Forest probably.

    I'll keep you guys posted!
