Finally Found My Sled

Well thanks to everyone who offered information on the different sleds that I was looking at, I've finally found my sled, tonight I bought a 1997 Arctic Cat ZR 580 EFI with 2100 miles on it

. I've heard and found it is a great sled for ditch riding as that what it is going to see most of here in central Iowa. The sled starts without a fuss and purrrs like a kitten, now I can only hope we get the 5 inches the weatherman says we're supposed to get so I can take it for a spin

Start looking for a stator now to have on hand. Believe me you will need it. I have a 97 580 efi and a 98 600 efi. They both shorted a stator with in a week of each other. $400.00 from arcitic cat. I have a couple that need rebuilt if anybody nows of a good stator winder?

And I was not riding either one when it happened. Howler I knew the question was coming.

Guy i used to work with had a 97 w/ a stator problem as well.
Other then that i believe the are suppose to be some nice rides.
