    Question bearing question

Can any of you Yamaha guys tell me if the PTO side crank bearings from a 96 Vmax 600 will fit a 94 Vmax 600?
    Thanks,
    Steve

according to my reserch the 96 vmax the inner and outer crank bearings are different part number from each other and from the 94. the part numers for the 96 are 93306-30719-00 for the inner and 93306-30718-00 for the outer where as on the 94 the part number is the same for the inner and the outer and that part number is 93306-30711-00 hope this info helps ya out.

    Question

Thanks for the input but I already looked at the Yamaha micro fiche and see the part numbers are different on the PTO side. However I can not believe they changed the crank machining between 94 &96. So what I need is the 96 Koyo bearing number, not a Yamaha part number, or I need the 96 vmax 600 bearing measurements (ID,OD, & width). Hoping somebody has this info from doing a rebuild as Yamaha won't give you that info.
    Thanks,
    Steve
