    2011 550 tnt

My new sled! I'm sooo happy! Haven't rode it yet, but still happy!
I have never been on an XP or even a trail Rev for that matter. What am i going to need for carbides? Hope it doesn't dart! Please tell me it won't! I hear there are holes marked on the outside of the ski? Do i put the stock ones out there? Then what in the middle? How about 'braces' i've been reading about? I plan on running the semi-synthetic Doo oil for a while anyway, then maybe the Sea and Snow? I got a tunnel bag, Elect start, tunnel protectors, studs, belt and a cover for it, anything else? Buying gallons of oil again stinks!
    Any set-up tips, advice?
    Thanks in advance, Mike.

Congratulations on the new ride, its a great sled. I would recommend stud boy 6" shaper bars and would not use the outside set until you ride it with the center bar first. Yes you can place a second set to the outside if needed.

Thanks guys, and keep the suggestions comin. I heard to put at least something on the outside right away too.? I'll ask the dealer i guess, i'm sure he'd be more then happy to sell me some more stuff! Over $500.00 of accesories already and that's not counting the E-start and the box of chocolates i'm going to give him for taking my sled, lol.
God i hope nothing messes this up! My sled is signed over and i left my sled there, i got a bill of sale, signed it, and have the money to go and get it. Just have to make an appt with my bank which was pre approved before i even left to 'look' at the sled. Should be good to go? I know they won't find anything wrong with my trade. I'm a clean freak and just went through the whole sled, and greased it front to back, including idler wheels, even has new slides and a full tank of (stale) gas, lol. I'm also giving them 2 windshields, a spare belt, windshield bag, and another windshield. He cut me a deal on my accesories then, plus i hope to build a good, honest relationship with this dealer.

Get the knee wind protectors, big difference on cold days. Don't know why they aren't standard. Enjoy, I like my XP 600.

200 miles on my XP this past weekend. This sled is awesome! Best sled i've ever been on! I'm sure the ones with the bigger motors are all that much better, but so far, with my limited budget, i love mine!
