    TRAIL CONDITION REPORT

More snow showers in the forecast for today. We received another 2" of snow yesterday and with the cold temps today and tonight this will be good to firm things up.

GOGEBIC RANGE TRAIL AUTHORITY Reports grooming is ongoing on all trails, conditions are good to very good. 11N is groomed and is in good condition except for one water spot which you can get around. Signs are posted so use caution. Also on trails 11N and 160 closer to the lake the snow is marginal. Logging is planned off South Boundary Road so watch for signs and plowed areas. 11S is in good condition and again logging is planned closer to the Wisconsin boarder so watch for signs and use caution.

LAKE GOGEBIC AREA GROOMERS report all trails are being groomed twice daily and are in good to very good condition. They are the best they have been this season.

U.P.THUNDER RIDERS OF WATERSMEET report all trails are being groomed daily, trails are in good condition.

Keep in mind the groomers will be out day and night, so watch for them, and PLEASE pull over or at least slow down and wait for the operator to signal you by whenever you see them. Please use caution on corners in all areas they may be icy...

Just returned from Baraga. Day one went to to Big Bay. Lots of snow like 4' in the bush, trails were great and traffic lite! Day 2 went to Kenton then to awashwa?? then towards Watersmeet and back to Kenton. Trails all great started to thin going south. Put on 80 miles in no time with approx 40 miles of railroad grade in pristine shape and very lite traffic! Will be back, Dennis
