Use a hair dryer. Keep it 3-4" away from decal. Gently scrape the sticker with your finger nail. Once it starts to peel, keep heating, and peeling.
Head to your nearest auto parts store. Find some aluminum polish. I've always liked Mothers, but we all have our preference.
Be sure your polishing surface is clean. If a small piece of debri ends up in the buffing pad,
you'll have cylindrical scratches on your tunnel.
Wd-40 takes the sticky stuff off left from decal real good. then a good coat of polishing.

thanx for tips do you just sand off the paint on the tunnel or use chemical to get it off
That could be a decal, not paint. Don't use chemicals on aluminum, unless you know it's safe to use on aluminum.
Some chemicals will dull the metal, making it difficult, if not impossible, to shine.
I've used spray on gasket remover before with pretty good results for paint removal can't remember the brand I just grab it off my shelf in the heat of passion moment...
