The local Snowmobile Clubs and State Associations plays a huge role for the trail systems in the upper Midwest, Eastern states as well as the range/mountain riding in the Western states. With the clubs volunteer efforts they secure permission of crossing private land, create new and brush (clean) existing trails for your safety, along with paying the grooming cost to make your ride more enjoyable. With out clubs the trail systems as well as the sport as we know it would be limited or not exist at all in some area’s. All of this takes dedicated time, work and a lot money especially with the rising fuel and insurance cost today.
