Ontario Snowmobiling Advice, Needed!!

We are leaving for Ontario on Feb. 8., this will be my 3rd time up there and I was wondering if anyone on this forum has been west of White River (west of trail which leads to Manitowage). I am curious to find out what the trails are like since I 've never been west of W.R., wondering if they are mountainous or flat.. I was shocked to see how mountainous it was around W.R. area, reminded me of Old Forge, New York area, but better! I was thinking of heading toward Terrace Bay/ Nipigon area. I am planning a 2000 mile loop, and would like some suggestions,,,,,,, Thanks for your help.........

I'm quite a-ways south west of there so I can't pass on any personal experience on those trails. White river is right on the borders of a few differant districts. Try these links.

Thanks for the info, but I already have maps of the area. The OFSC website is pretty uninformative as to the terrain of specific districts..... Thanks for your help, anyway!

Thanks for your comment........... You seem to be familiar with the Lansing woods, reminds you of the trails in Minoqua, with a lot of road crossings....... Ya, I am tired of crossing roads so I thought Canada would be a nice change of pace...... You might want to give it a try some year and actually use that T-Cat of yours!!!!!
