the seat is easy just a couple of botls at the back end and the seat pulls right off. watch out for the wires. you will have to unplug those. As far as the track. the tools i use are : cheery picker hydrolic jack 3/8 ratchet set with extentions pry bar and and a set of wrenches open or boxed. No real trick to it just loosen track and unbolt the 4 bolts and wiggle it alot. O and a couple of ratchet straps to flatten the shocks out.

Seat is a pretty easy job. Should be a couple bolts on the under side of the tunnel to remove, and it should come right off.

As for the track, drop the suspension, removed chain case cover, remove chain, lower gear, remove speedo side bearing cover, removed drive shaft, and the track is in your hands. Pretty crude, but that's where you need to go.
