yes the post was removed and it was because things ended up going beyond the rules. so the rules were broke and as maize stated it will also come back to haunt you. lets all get along now.

I am very shocked to see that one person and the commets he made are just him . I have no problems with anybody . Life is just to short to dislike anyone .
I ride all over WI and the U.P. and in the many years of riding meet a lot of others out there and still I can think of a person I wouldn't like(well my ex-wife ). So I Guess lets just all try to help out the sport we love .

Is this the post that started the Illanoys whining?

I take his comments on the tv to say "How many dui's are enough (as in when are these idiots going to stop drinking and driving)"

"I rode all weekend and didn't see DNR (as in there is not enough enforcement)"

I agree with him. The drunk drivers are going to wreck our sport. The majority of accidents are alcohol related.

I don't see what the environmenatlists have to do with it.

On the Web site snowtracks.com, one sledder asks "How many DIU snowmobile deaths a year is OK in the North Woods ?....nobody cares! Too many drunks on crowed trails and lots of new sledders on rental sleds. I never saw a DNR cop all weekend."

Price, when asked if he had enough manpower to discourage all that drinking and riding, said, "Absolutely not. Absolutely not.

That is the only part of the article that I see refering to snowmobiling in general.
I must say I thought the DNR warden was more than fair in stating he thought the dude wasn't as drunk as .224.

As long as 75% of the people killed on snowmobiles have been drinking there is going to be a perception that most people killed on snowmobiles have been drinking.
