wrist pin removal

can any one give a tip on what the best and easy way to remove the clips on the wrist pin

i usually just use a little pick and put it in the grove and pry it out i dont care if i bend or break it cause i usually but new ones in for the piece of mind. also a little fyi find out if they are caged or cageless needle bearings cagelees ones can get pretty messy if you dont use caution.
