    i was wondering about the best place to get some new torsion springs for a xtra-12

    IMO your best bet would be go to your dealer.Since there is differant rates of springs you want to get the right ones for you and your sled. Most springs are color coded for their rate. If you buy a set of used ones it sometimes is hard to know just what your getting from the color makings are wore off and might be wore out if they been used heavly. Some manufactures class springs for some models as light, stock and heavy duty.
    Also check your spring keepers (on the rail) over time they will egg out from wear inturn this will cause binding .
