    The Trail Hog 2009

Left over GM parts from 1968 thru 1990 and assembled by Custom Car Consepts will be marketed at chevy dealers starting in August 2008 to a limited test market.
Buyer must have 30 years sledding experince to buy one of these refined sleds from GM.

    Janesville G.M. Plant

Since the recent announcement that the Janesville G.M. plant will close, the City Fathers have been looking for something to be built at that location. I would think that this would be a suitable replacement for a Tahoe. It could even be a Flexfuel model. Keep up the good work Trail Twister.

I found out a bit more information on this one.
You can get it in a SS version with a 327 and 4 speed. A 6.5 liter diesel with a 4 speed auto tranny, the clain is it will tow a groomer very well. Or the 230 cid Six with the auto tranny.
Price is mind boggling though starting at 38,900 for the six cylinder model no special financing deal for this one either.

Prices may raise if the goverment maindates head rest, seat belts, smog control and air bags.

Custom Car Consepts is a Chinese company so they fit into the American scene very well. They feel that they are a main stream company by American standards. The fact finding information they got was Americans will buy Chinese first and Japanese second over the American built high priced American products by a raito of 7 to 1.

    Groomer

Seems like the price is more than fair seeing that our used groomer is for sale at $89,000. But that chinese thing still bothers me.

Why should the Chinese thing be a bother? Have you bought a pair of shoes latly? Where were they made? how about a box of nails or wood screws? Where were the toys you bought for your children or grand children made? Where dose the stuff in you pets food come from?
Don't you shop at Wal Mart like millions of other red blooded Americans?
Haven't you heard it isn't fashonable to read the label and by American or Canadain?
America has laws about industrys spewing crap in the air we breath, the water we drink too. American also has stupid laws that won't allow 8 year olds to get a job to help with the familys food buying ability.
So why would GM want to build some thing this great in a Country like America.
