WI registration vs Wi Trail pass

09 Trail passes are $35 this year versus $30 for two year registration... I would do the math for yalls to give the savings numbers but my fingers is tired...

ridiculous. so, any of ya have your sled registered in 2 states??? I'm currently registered in MN for 2 more seasons I think it is. for 2 of us to go ride in WI, I'd end up paying $70 in trail passes?!?!?!?!?!?! i know the sport isn't cheap, but dang. . . . For the one weekend that we seem to get over to WI (snowtracks ride), I just don't know. . . .

    Wisconsin Trail Pass

That was a big increase for the Wisconsin Trail pass this year. I understand it was needed because of the shortfall in the supplemental funding to the clubs for Trail maintenance this past year. All but 5 Counties had snow and did some Grooming this past year which ate up a lot of the funds. If You registered your sled in Wisconsin it would cost you $30.00 and be good for two (2) years, instead of paying $70.00 for two (2) years of Trail passes.

    Dooed...use my address!!! J/K'ed

I had both mine registered here before I quit enforcing laws and went lawless moving to WI.

I can email you the letter I used when I registered them both over the last couple years...exempting me for the sales tax on a non-WI Sled.
