First off, welcome aboard! If i'm thinking correctly that is an s-chassis and a 1.25 will fit but not a direct replacement. I believe there will be some clearance issues without changing some idler wheels and possibly the drivers-could be wrong, its happened once before. Are you the mechanic or are you going to have assistance? If it were me, and you want to keep it simple, I would go with a 1.00 and ride. Are you wanting to stud it as well? placement is also important, you would want to stay away from the tunnel protectors and keep them in the center belt of the track.
    Good luck!

No I am not the mechanic just want to know what i talking about so I do not get dooped. I do not want studs. Is there a 1 in lug ripsaw? However The ripsaw appealed to me for that fact I like to ride fast esp on lake and I feel safer with the studs I currenty have or had my track ripped right down center length wise not good. How are these hacksaw tracks? I want it simple. Take my track off put new one on! Replace bearings if need be I will leave that to mechanic.

    Track

Kilrskidoo, A good friend of mine owns a E-bay store, and is a Camoplast dealer. Check out his web site at www.johnmaster.com . You can also check his store on E-bay, just search for ski-doo tracks, His store will come up in the listings. Or If you want give me a PM and I can help you with all the details.

If you do contact him (John) tell him Brook sent you there.

1" pre-drilled is a good way to go, they have a warranty on pull throughs and you can stud the track in the machine if you want to add them later. A 1.25 will not be able to be studded in that sled without issues if a 1.25 barely fits.

Another option is the ice-gripper that has some studs built into the lugs and is cheaper then studding a track as well as lighter.

I put a camoplast hacksaw on last year and really like it a lot!!! No studs for me thanks. I like to get squirley in the corners once in a while. I put it on an 02 MXZ 500 Trail with no issues. Bought and it installed for $400.00
