well, it looks like we're getting close on the completion of Nytro Turbo. sean up at shaver lake power center has done an AMAZING job building these sleds and they would have been done 2 weeks ago if not for some back-ordered parts. it looks like we're going for a test ride/filming session friday out of tamarack....probably around 10 am?

i'm gonna need someone to run the camera 'cause jlowe is going big baby!

here's the breakdown...

2008 Yamaha Nytro. Boondocker Turbo (Garrett 2865) set to 12lbs. of boost. ProLogger box (boost adjustment, A/F, Egts), Timbersled 162" rear suspension, Avid drivers, VE tunnel extension, blingy big wheels, simmons flexi 2 wide boys, fox float fronts, 2 cool air vents, snow eliminators and some kickin' fuzzy dice to hang off my bars.

thanks again to sean for making it all happen. i'll post some pics next week.

HPs on 50/50 fuel at 12lbs is around 230...maybe a little less?

confidence is low on the friday ride now. it seems my 162 challenger extreme 2.25 was on the 3:10 to Yuma when it friggen de-railed. UPS is trying to get it here by tomorrow...if not...i'm out for friday. we'll know by tomorrow afternoon.

New BD Boxes sent red label. Track should show by noon thursday(Providing no de-raild trains) Sled runs and seems to want to eat some snow.:D UPS< Please dont let us down. My plan is to ride and bleed the cooling system late thursday. Dany and I have been puting in some overtime on this bit*h. Hope we dont let you down.:confused:

btw...you guys are FAR from letting me down. you guys have proven we have a kick a$$ custom sled shop right here in central california (FINALLY) and i have a feeling its gonna get turbolicious around there this summer!! reports of various TS riders snooping around about turbo nytros are rampant.

sean...call me with any updates today. if we ride tomorrow or saturday, i want to do a ton of helmet cam stuff...so any TS riders that want that money mug-shot in the last ELEVATION movie better show up!

Got the new box on. Air Temp Sensor Installed. Fixed the broken driveshaft bolt (Need Yamaha to have an actual recal on this item) And I am going to try ....... to ride this weekend (Chest still kill's) I will dial in all the final touches w/ the new BD box and she's yours baby !!!!!!!:D:D:D
