Now A Days Most New Sleds Come Standard With Reverse On Them. That Being Said If Your Sled Has Reverse On It You Can Change The Slides With Out Even Loosening The Track. Here's What You Do, Take Out The Screws Holding Them In And Tap Them Back Making Sure To Line Them Up With A Window In Your Track And Tap Them So They Stick Out Like 2 Inches Or So. Start The Sled Up Put It In Reverse And Give It A Little Gas Like Magic It Spits The Slides Right Out. Then Slide The New Ones In And Tap Them On. I Like To Use Dawn Dish Soap Put A generous Amount In The Middle Of The Slide And Tap Them On And Put The Screws In. I Was Skeptical At First But When I actually Tried It I was Amazed.

I've heard of this technique and so far it's all been positive. Whoda thunk it? I'm good to go though for a while, just had new slides put in on Wednesday.

Sounds better than the 3 hours it took me to do mine! How far do they shoot away from the sled!

if you dont have reverse take a pry bar or something like it to rotate the drive
axle backwards. i learned this from the local dealer a long time ago, works great.
