Who needs clawson, Bilko and myself(Edge was our parts runner) put the bulkhead back into the Apex in a little over 6 hours. From my personal experience I want everyone to know that clawson is not out to take care of anyone but themselves. NO one should have to go through the hassle of repairing anything they buy from clawson. I had to look up every part that they ordered and every single item was way over priced. I had to bring it to their attention that they ordered the wrong bulkhead and was treated with no respect. My sled was sitting down in Fresno for 19 days and was not touched(except by someone who did the estimate and thought I would need 175 rivets for a job that took about 30!) I am writing this for no other reason than to make everyone who reads this aware of what kind of business we all have been dealing with for along time. I for one have been left with a very unfavorable opinion of them.

Had the same problem here with my local dealer. Sucks when you have to do all the legwork yourself while the sled sits in thier yard with no sense of urgency. Great online service, parts and pricing at portyamaha.com You can download a parts pdf also which comes in handy for the schematics. Wish I could be there to lend a hand, or drink your beer and confuse the hell out of ya!

Kind of BS seeing as they are suppose to be one of our sponsors. And to wait almost 3 weeks?!?!?! Does Jerry know that this is going on? He is about to loose more customers. I have always thought their service and prices suck! I like Jerry, but that is about as far as it goes with them.

well snoboner your first problem is that your dealing with a dealership with 0 experience in snowmobile repair and is a dealer that does snowmobiles to make up for lost time in the winter.....our POLARIS dealer here is the best by far and does what it takes no matter the brand being we have alot of brands in the group...people come from far north and central Cal to purchase at central equipment....matter a fact just today was down there doing a bit of hideing from the wife(AT LOWES) doing a bit of repair on mine and some guys came in from washington and left with a ton of stuff they cant get up there....... its a shame when a dealer sells anything and cant back up who is out there to represent there product... as far as SNOBONER helping to put your sled back together.......well make sure the beer is stocked up but will admit he knows his $H!T when it comes down to it!!!
