For sale is my wife 2000 Polaris XC500, approx. 4500 miles, this sled has been well maintained, always stored inside, chaincase changed every season, carbs cleaned every season, brake fluid flushed every season, greased after every trip and before storage, cleaned after every trip, this sled is ready to hit the trails, slides(hyfax), ski carbides are very good, runs excellent, some minor spider cracks on hood(in paint only not plastic), barely noticeable.starts easily and runs great, never had a problem. sled must go, just got wife a touring 2 up sled for the kids, asking $1900 OBO. Is the sled liquid or fan cooled? Elec start by chance? What is Palatine IL close to? We are in Spring Green WI and looking for a starter sled for my wife or an upgrade for the kid. Let me know anymore info you can. Thanks,

Spanky, It is a liquid cooled domestic twin 500, doesn't have electric start, start on 1st or 2nd pull, Palatine Il is in North eastern Illinois, Northwest suburbs of chicago
