Area Report:   A light snow fell overnight. Groomer and rider reports the trails in fair to good condition but a bit hard due to lack of new snow.



When your coming up to the U.P. remember you can start here in Iron Mountain and Norway area, stay with us and have access to the rest of the UP and Northern Wisconsin.

For those ATV'ers, we have a new trail map completed also. ORV/ATV's ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE SNOWMOBILE TRAILS. THERE ARE DESIGNATED ORV/ATV TRAILS, IF YOU NEED TO KNOW WHERE THEY ARE, EMAIL info@ironmountain.org

The Tri-County Snowmobile Club does a tremendous job of keeping the trails open, cleaned up and groomed. They keep the trails well marked and also have road identification signs at many of the intersections. By staying on the groomed and marked trails, you will always have a safe and scenic journey!!

Enjoy many of great local establishments on and off the trail. From homemade Italian meals, locally made pasties, mouth-watering steaks and huge burgers, all appetites can be satisfied. From great live entertainment most nights of the week, to local fishing derby's, snowmobile races and the Continental Ski Jumping Tournament (Best Tailgate Party in the World!!), there is always something for our visitors. COME AND ENJOY, IRON MOUNTAIN AND THE DICKINSON COUNTY AREA!
