Boulder Junction, Wisconsin

Trail Report For: Boulder Junction - 01/26/2015

Trail Report: Boulder Junction

Reported By: Boulder Junction Chamber of Commerce

Date of Report: 01/26/2015

Trail Conditions: Fair

Snow Cover: 12-18 inches

Area Report: What a busy weekend, riders everywhere and warm temps killed the trails in a hurry. The trails turned to slush and we had to wait for colder weather to do anything with them so Saturday night they didn’t get groomed. Imagine trying to rake mud in your garden and that’s what grooming slush is like. We were able to get out last night and all of the drivers commented on how rough the trails were. They did their magic, and this morning the trails look fair. We are getting snow now, and the couple inches forecast will really help, so in the next couple of nights we should have them back in pretty good shape. Watch out in the corners they are bare and icy.

Think Snow!
