Date of Report: January 13, 2026
Area Report:

Our trail system is open and in fair to good condition. It’s sounding like there is some new snow in the forecast for this coming Friday. Gotta love that new fresh snowfall.  🙂

Temps will be cooling down again after today, good news for grooming. Trail #2, #116, #107 and #15 N are all in good condition.  Trail #15 S. and #111 are in fair condition. Chippewa Sno-Kats have been out keeping trails #16, and #113 open and working on trail #18 as well. We have had lots of heavy wet snow this season so far, so please be watchful for any possible newly fallen trees across any of the trails.  If you do run across any downed trees… make note of the trail # and report it to the clubs as soon as possible.  Thank you to all the snowmobilers who came up this past week to ride. Lots of reports the trails and riding were good!!  Such a wonderful sight to see the early snowfall this year!!  As “Always” ride RIGHT and watch the corners for incoming sledders.
